Sultan Al-Saif

Founder & Managing Director

Sultan Al-Saif is an investment professional with a career rooted in private markets, corporate finance, and institutional asset management. Over the years, he has led private markets strategies, structured fund-of-funds portfolios, managed co-investments, and supported institutional capital deployment across venture capital and alternative assets.

His journey began in corporate and project finance at Ma’aden, where he contributed to large-scale financing transactions in the industrial and mining sectors. He later joined Saudi Aramco, where he played a key role in shaping the financial risk management framework within the treasury department, covering various risk pockets including market, credit, and liquidity risks. Most recently, he led the private markets investment strategy at Takamol Holding, overseeing fund selection, portfolio diversification, and manager selection across the MENA region.

Sultan holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a BS in Finance from the University of Denver. His early passion for investing was reflected in his leadership of student-managed equity and venture capital funds. Today, he remains committed to advancing the MENA investment ecosystem and partnering with investors, fund managers, and founders to drive long-term value.
